Important Information - Please read. 

All our services are fully contracted and in the instance of commercial/forensic photography our services are only available after an initial potential client filter interview and item/artefact viewing. Our work with the arts and heritage sectors, individual or otherwise, is in no way a restoration, valuation, authentication or Provence service.  McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau/Ben Skipper is fully insured, Ben Skipper is enhance DBS cleared and will use a chaperone service in certain circumstances. 

Contracts and licences will be drawn up on an individual basis. Note, all services are obtained on the understanding the customer has funds for payment. McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper reserve the right to adjust payment should there be changes to work outlined in the original contract. In such instances’ the original contract will be declared null and void and the new contact will be drafted at a cost of £100.00 to the customer to reflect changes.  

McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper  and Contract Partners  reserve the right to withdraw service/labour in the face of unreasonable behaviour/demands by the commissioning indivudal/organization and their agents/representatives/employees. In such instances the full invoice will be issued and must be settled as per contractual agreements. This is non-negotiable. 

Payment is on immmediate receipt of final invoice. This is non-negotiable. None payment of invoice will result in legal action for recovery of monies owed being taken at cost to the customer and appropriate damages sought. 

All fees reflect the nature of the task and the experience of McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper and Contract Partners in providing a service. The fee will be agreed upon before signing of a binding contract. Fees over £1,000.00 incur a 50% non-refundable, non-negotiable deposit. 

Publishing and publishing design services are available on request and will be cost assessed according to individual needs. Note imagery and design for publishing remains the Copyright of McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper in all circumstances. 

Short term, Pro Bono contracts are currently available. Registered charties and recognised youth groups are enocuraged to approach us to see how we can help. 

Please note McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper reserves the right to refuse offers of contract or cancel commissions if they are deemed inappropriate and are damaging to the corporate/individual reputation of McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper and Contract Partners.

As a veteran own and led business McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper regconises the importance of Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), Veterans, Service Leavers and the Wounded, Injured and Sick, and Military spouses/partners/carers. As such McClelland & Chase Communications Bureau / Ben Skipper will support members of these communities in everyway possible. 

Support of Staff/Conmtract Partners who are Reservists, Cadet Force Adult Volunteers (CFAVs), Veterans, Service Leavers and the Wounded, Injured and Sick, and Military spouses/partners/carers includes:

• arranging contract extensions for staff/Contract Partners as a result of official operational deployment without prejudice or detriment to current or future contracts; neither will staff/Contract Partners attract financial penalties on current or future contracts.
• 10% period of decompression time post deployment (relevant to length of deployment), without prejudice or detriment to current or future contracts, neither will they attract financial penalty on current or future contracts. 
• staff/Contract Partners are encouraged and supported to fully engage with their units training regime, community and social calendars
• staff /Contract Partner Veterans, including WIS will be appropriately and fully supported by in pursuit of their transition from regular service, injury recovery, and ongoing medical and social support. 
• mentoring in the establishment and development of a personal portfolio and experience.
